The release was originally issued in a shrinkwrapped generic CBS center-cut chalk-art jacket, with a white die-cut innersleeve with any corners. Some have a sticker on the shrinkwrap. The promo copies have a gold stamp only.

Hype sticker variations:

The 3rd etched runouts variant was released with the ‘-S1’ sticker.
