We accept returns of all unwanted items provided they are returned to us within a 7 day period. *
We accept returns of faulty or incorrect items provided they are returned to us within a 28 day period.
* PLEASE NOTE: For returns of unwanted items we will not refund the postage cost. We will only refund the postage on faulty or damaged goods.
Returns and refunds can be arranged by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and requesting an "Authorised Return Number".
Please notify us by email as soon as the problem with your order has been discovered.
Please don't return any items to us without contacting us by email first. Any faulty or incorrect items should be returned with the "Authorised Returns Number" written on the parcel.
Once the returned item has been received and checked by our team, a refund will be issued. If you have paid by debit/credit card, the refund will be issued back to that card. This may take 2-3 working days. If you have paid by PayPal, the refund will be issued back to your PayPal account immediately.
