Record is in great shape! The sleeve is also in really good condition, with some light marks from old sticker residue and some creasing to the upper right-hand corner.
 

Notes:

This is a version from the 80s. Initial UK release came with cat# GTLP 013 as in -> [r739745

On side A's runout, "EPC" is stamped to the left of "CB5" (which itself is entirely scratched through and barely distinguishable), whilst on side B "EPC" is not only etched, but has a dot following it. All other characters on both sides are etched.
