This release comes with printed inner sleeve, but also a separate 12x12 'lyric sheet with full page photo of George Michael's face on one side and lyrics on the other. Catalog number appears with "OC" prefix on spine but just "C" prefix on labels. Track A3 is in two parts, but this is not designated on the back cover. The label lists the track as "I Want Your Sex (Parts 1 & 2)." The inner sleeve lists the track as "I Want Your Sex (Monogamy Mix)." - The Edition has the Catalog Number: 40867-S1 on the Hype Sticker for front cover with a unique layout than other US editions with the same catalog number. this layout included "Faith, George Michael First Solo Album"
