Notes:

The "sᴛᴇʀʟɪɴɢ" stamp runout used with this version indicates a mid-to-late 1980s release.  The label type is pre-1987.

Some copies of this version were distributed with a hype sticker on the front shrink wrap promoting "5 Hit Songs".  The text of the sticker is printed in pink fluorescent ink that "glows" when exposed to UV light.

Some copies were designated "For Promotion Only" via a gold embossed stamping on the back cover. Lacking an "official" promo label, these generally are not considered to have been "Promo" editions per se.

Runouts are hand-etched, except for STERLING which is stamped. Also, variants 3&4: "D" is stamped.
