This release has VAN GELDER stamps in the runout on both sides. Blue/white "A Division Of Liberty Records, Inc." labels printed by Bert-Co with a serif typeface numeral 1 on "Side 1."

In gatefold sleeve. Some copies had a round white sticker stating "Promotional Copy Not For Sale" or had "Not For Sale Promotion Use Only" debossed on the front cover (see images).
