Green-grey ECM labels with silver lettering, distributed by Polydor Inc 1969-1979
Comes in a hard box cover with varying degrees of original issue completeness. 
Some have the 12-page booklet, some have the ECM inner sleeves, and some have neither. 
Pressed by All Disc Records, Inc. identified by the etched 22 in the deadwax as well as a 2.75" pressing ring.
Strike through but no other pressing identifiers except the 22. 
All the strike through indicates a repressing of this 18 weeks sales charted box set.
